Then I check Windows Update and it said I had one important updatge - Office 2007 SP3. 5 GB so there was 2GB free on the C: drive, logged in with an administator userid and right clicked on the service pack and selected run as an administrator. That was with 1.5 GB free on the C: drive after downloading the service pack. ![]() It got to the very end of the statusbar of the installation phase and then failed.
